The Structure and the Working Principle

The ore dressing concentrator table is usually composed of the bed surface, the frame and the driving mechanism. In addition, there is a water tank, a feed chute, and rack. The whole bed surface is supported or hoisted by the rack. The rack is equipped with adjustable slope device. The concentrator can make the particles move along different paths due to different intensity and granularity and will be discharged from the edges of the bed surface. Since the ore line is very long, products with different grades will be classified, such as concentrate, minor-concentrate, tailings, etc.
